Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

Do you ship across India?
Yes, Luxeria offers pan-India delivery.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery across India usually takes 5-7 business days, depending on location.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship only within India.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
- All sales are final.
- Returns, refunds, or exchanges aren’t accepted due to hygiene, quality and safety standards.
- Only wrong or damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery (with a full unboxing video) may qualify for replacement.
- If approved, an exchange can be made for an item of equal or higher value (price difference payable).
- Luxeria isn’t liable for courier or transit damages.
